The grease trap, handled. For good.
Every fryer, grill and sink in your kitchen sends fat, oil and grease down the drain. Our dosing programme deals with it every single night — so you're not dealing with it on a Saturday during service.
Grease doesn't leave. It builds.
Hot fat goes down the drain as liquid. A few metres into the pipe it cools, sets, and sticks. Layer on layer, week on week — until the water backs up into the kitchen at the worst possible moment.
You know the symptoms: slow-draining sinks, a sour smell that cleaning never quite shifts, a grease trap that needs pumping out again already, and the cost of an emergency drain contractor when it finally lets go.
One-off jetting and pump-outs clear the symptom. The grease starts building again the same evening. That's the cycle we break.
Live bacteria that digest grease — not move it
Our treatment is a bacterial product: billions of live cultures that feed on fats, oils and grease, breaking them down into water and CO₂. The grease is digested on your premises — not liquefied and pushed further down the pipe to set again in the public sewer.
That distinction matters. Purely enzymatic drain treatments, which dissolve grease only for it to re-form downstream, are banned in Ireland. A biological programme like ours works with the drain, night after night, and keeps the trap doing its job.
- Digests fats, oils and grease into water and CO₂
- Works in the pipe runs and the trap itself
- Keeps working between doses — the cultures colonise the line
- Bacterial, not enzymatic — compliant with Irish requirements

Doses itself. Overnight. Every night.
A compact automatic dosing pump is installed beside your sink or drain line. On a timer, it meters the right dose of treatment into the drain overnight — while the kitchen is idle and the cultures can work undisturbed.
Nobody on your team has to remember anything. No jugs, no measuring, no "whose job was that?" The pump is supplied on loan as part of the programme — you're not buying equipment, and we look after it.
- Installed and set up by us at the site survey
- Timed overnight dose — nothing interrupts service
- Pump on loan; you only buy the treatment refills
- We check the unit and adjust dosing on our rounds
What you get, plainly
This is a maintenance programme, not a callout. It prevents the problem instead of charging you to fix it after midnight.
Free site survey
We walk the kitchen, check the trap and drain runs, and size the dose for your volume of cooking. You get a straight answer on whether the programme suits — and what it costs.
Pump installed on loan
The dosing unit goes in at no equipment cost and stays ours to maintain. If it needs attention, that's our job, not yours.
Refills on a schedule
Treatment refills arrive on a recurring schedule that matches your usage — delivered by us, on our rounds, with the pump checked at the same time.
A named person
You deal with the same person every time — someone who knows your kitchen and answers the phone. Not a national call centre and a ticket number.
Compliance support
A working trap and a documented treatment programme are exactly what a trade effluent licence expects. We keep it that way, visit after visit.
Predictable cost
A known recurring spend instead of surprise pump-outs and emergency callouts. Quoted after the survey — no pressure, no lock-in surprises.
The questions we always get
Will it disrupt service in the kitchen?
No. The pump doses overnight while the kitchen is idle. Installation takes a single visit and doesn't touch your cooking line.
Do we still need pump-outs?
Yes, but far less often. The trap still collects solids and needs periodic emptying — the difference is it stops filling with set grease every few weeks. Most kitchens see the pump-out interval stretch significantly once the programme beds in.
Is this an enzyme treatment?
No — and that matters. Purely enzymatic treatments liquefy grease so it re-forms further down the sewer, and they're banned in Ireland. Ours is a bacterial product: live cultures digest the grease into water and CO₂ on your premises.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the kitchen and the drain runs, so we quote after a free site survey. What you get is a predictable recurring cost in place of unpredictable pump-outs and emergency callouts.
We're already blocked — can you help now?
Ring us. If the drain needs clearing first we'll tell you straight, and once it's clear the programme keeps it that way. Prevention is the product — but we won't leave you stuck.
