Named after a coastal plant. Run like a local business.
Samphire grows on the Kerry shoreline — tough, useful, and exactly where it belongs. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
Started in Kerry, built on rounds
Samphire Group was started by [FOUNDER NAME] in [YEAR], after [BACKGROUND — e.g. years supplying/servicing commercial kitchens in the region]. The idea was simple: food businesses in Kerry deserved a supplier who turns up on a schedule, not a contractor who turns up after the damage is done.
We've stood in enough kitchens at closing time to know what matters: drains that work, deliveries that land when promised, and a phone that gets answered by someone who knows your site. That's the whole pitch.
Today we run regular rounds across Kerry and Munster — dosing programmes, hygiene chemicals and packaging on the same van. Small enough to know every customer's kitchen. Organised enough that nothing gets missed.
Come Say HelloThree things we won't bend on
Turn up
The round happens. Refills arrive before you run out, the pump gets checked, and if we say Tuesday, it's Tuesday.
Talk straight
If the programme doesn't suit your kitchen, we'll say so at the survey. If a drain needs a contractor before we can help, we'll tell you that too.
Prevent, don't patch
Our whole model is stopping the 11pm blockage from ever happening. We'd rather keep your drains boring than be heroes in an emergency.
Kerry is home, Munster is the round
We're not a national franchise with a local number. The business is registered in Kerry, the van is on Kerry roads, and the person who surveys your kitchen is the person you'll ring afterwards.
Proximity isn't a slogan — it's the service. It's why a pump check happens while we're passing anyway, and why "can you drop an extra box of degreaser Thursday?" is a yes, not a courier fee.
